No, not at all.

However if you are switching/interrupting the power supply side, you could be encountering transients etc.

I would attempt to measure the voltage on the control lines, and expect it to be 12 V DC.

But without more info it is not possible to be certain.

Hi My opinion is the same. You don't have sufficient voltage / current to power the relays. They operate at 5volts. The Pi provides 3.3volts.
