Certainly to get acceleration from the GPU will take time to develop.

But I wonder what sound system the Fedora, Debian and Arch Linux are using?

That is exactly the problem. If certification for Fair Trade assembly existed, then manufacturers making clones could show they ad-hear to certain standard.
