No 5V on the USB ports. When turned on, it doesn't charge a phone or light up a mouse. I forgot that they wifi dongle won't work, so I couldn't SSH into it anyhow.

Is it dead?

Additionally, it does not work when loading NOOBS, the laser in the mouse doesn't even light up. At the screen to select the OS to load, the mouse and keyboard do not work and nothing lights up.
