Re: Jessie and fstab

Adding nofail option to /etc/fstab works better for me than adding x-systemd.automount option. When I use x-systemd.automount the start up process takes about 2 minutes. To clarify, I mounted a device that will never mount. I set that up on purpose in the fstab to simulate a bad drive or wrong UUID....

RS32 to IP

Does anyone know if there is a way to communicate with a telescope through a com port?

Right now I have a Meade Telescope LX-200 works through the hand controller via COM port but what I want to do is use the Raspberry Pi on wifi to move the RS32 hand controller.

Any advice will be appreciated :)

I recommend them i over Newark if you live in Canada (or Ontario)

Re: Raspberry PI 2 + Rutorrent + Filebot = home torrent seed

For years I have been using transmission-daemon as a lightweight torrent downloader and it comes with a webui. As for Filebot.... I tried it and SortTV ( ithink thats what it was called) and they are slow and don't work very well. As a result I eneded up programming my own bash script to sort my med...

An iBeacon with its own battery is used to trigger a notification on the Raspberry Pi. Hardware 1. Any Blue...
