Re: HTML5 video for iPad?

well I didn't edit the video, so as you say it seems to be a mime type issue for iPad only...

which is why I am flummoxed...
did your try in Safari desktop?
hence mimetype is set, but what else is there?

am taking to server lists,

subject to other suggestions?
anyone?

HTML5 video for iPad?

How to publish ~2Mb RPI .h264 as HTML5 video for iPad?

does MP4Box needs special settings?

works fine for me in Safari, just not iPad,
these are small format short films, say 460x320

apologies if this topic is a little obscure...

cameral to GLtexture without CPU?

jamesh, is the image data on the GPU directly available as a glTexture? ie is the data currently copied to CPU first, then back to GPU, when using say: glTexSubImage2D(GL_TEXTURE_2D, 0, 0, 0, Width, Height, IsRGBA ? GL_RGBA : GL_LUMINANCE, GL_UNSIGNED_BYTE, data); seem to be struggling with this que...

Re: H 264 Motion Detection - Compressed Domain

my experience OS X: Gimp and others report this is not a gif file, recent Safari and Firefox show first frame only, very small no zoom. Preview shows film strip and zoom, but no animation, so hard to identify what is going on...

Re: fastpath & video: gl_scenes ports?

jamesh, from Tim Gover**: "Fastpath basically means not copying the buffer data to ARM memory and doing a software conversion. So, for the GL rendering it means just passing a handle to GL so the GPU driver can do this directly. Currently, there is no support/fastpath in the drivers for feeding the ...

30,60,90 frames per second?

High frame rates provide unique insights, that I believe any child or adult will enjoy and learn from. It is now 10 months since PiCamera was launched, advertised as offering 30, 60 and 90 fps. I have been quietly pestering and requesting 60 and 90 fps, and have been advised this would be a couple o...

tx. excellent response,

unfortunately have not got a clue what might be causing cpu thread switching...

really nothing happening on this box, just hangs whenever I open icedove.
and very occasionally elsewise.

very recent, since upgrading dual boot to maverick...

oh well.

another bigger box running wheezy regularly hangs (ie recently)

top shows cpu 99% migration

checked the usual culprits such as man, --help etc cannot find a thing about it.

Is there a disadvantage to setting the bitrate higher than that used? ie in my tests, for the format used, the video uses 4Mbit/s so one can compress video by limiting bitrate to say 2Mbit/s, but is there a disadvantage to setting at 6Mbit/sec? or possible disatvantage? ie is it correct to assume th...
