iirc Rpi build is 20 whereas WebRTC is 21 - 25:

Did anyone find way to change frame rate? PS3 eyecam has maximum frame rate of 120, probably at low resolution, does anyone have data or chart of fps against resolutions achieved? did anyone save frames and check them? there is a question whether some frames are just duplicates in some arrangements....
