But the audio over HDMI doesn't work (yet). I think you need a .asoundrc file to fix this. I have no trouble with audio over HDMI! What makes you think it does not work? Because when I do: omxplayer -o hdmi /path/to/myfile.mp3 the program makes all the appropriate onscreen-noises, including wishing...

My understanding is that some of the commands actually stack so, in the example below, the system would reserve 128MB of RAM for the GPU.

I've just run the install up for RaspBMC; a painless enough process - impressively hands-off. However, in running, I'm seeing a few glitches: Fonts disappear at random and are replaced by blocks, doesn't seem to return to normal. Frequent enough to make the distro difficult to use. mmc0 reports err...

It seems the Login & Unread Posts & New Posts links do not appear if you are using the

They also ''disappear'' if you scroll down in any browser on any platform.

Okay I seem to have the game running, But I can't seem to get timedemo 1 to run.

The performance is quite good on my currently-unoverclocked Pi connected to my Dell U3011 monitor.

Re: Test Whether Raspberry Pi Has 512MB RAM

add "gpu_mem_512=256" save & exit sudo reboot log in top still shows 256MB total something still not right... so ... you have a 512MB Pi you've told it, via config, to use a 256MB for the GPU (gpu_mem_512=256) which means ... there's 512 - 256 = 256MB for the CPU and top is telling you there's 256M...

Mine runs at 25 C above ambient in a small closed plastic box (not a Pi case) shared with an arduino clone and a wifi adapter with no heatsinks or fans. That still gives you a good margin before the intelligent overclocking backs off even in your truck in Memphis in summer (57 C in non American spe...

Also, how are discs handled from various regions? Any issues playing back Region A, B, C as required? Any iddues ...

In general. the F5U404PerBLK USB Hub and Power supply are fine.

Stop saying the problem is the hub. It's not.

I've been using it for over a month with USB DVD Players, USB SSDs, and USB HDDs for over a month had not a single problem related to the Hub or it's power supply.
