And has been stated numerous times. It doesn't matter how good the PSU itself is if the cable from it to the RPI is too thin, too long or has wet string instead of copper for its conductors. Hv change another 'better' cable and plug everything back and switch it on. Still show Under power detected....

It's probably OK, but its right on the edge. The main prospective problem would be corrupted SD card or failing networking. Take those in to account and you are probably OK.
