The strange thing is that the Link Quality and Signal level behave as expected, falling off with distance. But the bit rate in the "near" test is seriously down. Maybe conflicting net traffic? Or receiver overload? Or mutual interference? IDK. its complicated troubleshooting wifi without the proper...

hi guys, here is the update - original Raspberry adapter arrive and hv spent more than 2 hours trying to run stress test with the new power supply but failed.... tried stressberry and stress but got into lotsa errors in the installation; probably am using Ubuntu instead of Raspbian. but will call it...

hi, seller has inform that item has been sent out. shld receive them tomorrow if the delivery company working on weekend.

any command or script you guys would suggest to load test the pi/power adaper in a safe way? not over-clocking etc that will risk baking the board :p

And has been stated numerous times. It doesn't matter how good the PSU itself is if the cable from it to the RPI is too thin, too long or has wet string instead of copper for its conductors. Hv change another 'better' cable and plug everything back and switch it on. Still show Under power detected....

It's probably OK, but its right on the edge. The main prospective problem would be corrupted SD card or failing networking. Take those in to account and you are probably OK. Or just buy an official power supply, they are cheap. yeah, will play with it for a while and see how it goes. the wifi so we...
