I am using YOCTO project to build Linux kernel image to my Raspberry board.

I want to add .NET core 3.0 framework or later version into my Linux distribution.

I am using YOCTO SUMO brunch.

How can I add it please ?

The problem was in the version of my board. I replaced my Pi with RPI B+ version 2017 instead of using 2014 version. And it works now.

We (RP) do not support WinIoT, that is entirely down to Microsoft. We don't even know what their plans are for the future, if any.

You must talk to MS themselves, we cannot help.

I don't know, because my company that I am working for needs it. Raspberry Pi Model B , and not B+ , works fine with Windows IoT ?
