Can you ping an internet address such as http://www.google.com? ping google.com If not, then you're probably missing DNS settings in your /etc/resolv.conf file. Yes it's possible. What you'll be looking to set up is a file sharing solution such as vsftpd, nfs or samba and configure those programs to share the top level directory of the drive.

Teamviewer is only compatible with Intel x86 compatible Linux machines. The Raspberry Pi uses an ARM architecture.
