Re: roblox

I would love if someone figured out how to mod the roblox player so that it would run on a raspberry pi 3.(Though it would probably get the roblox account banned) Android ? https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=220601 https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=220613 ...

Re: "Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. The server has high load. Please try again later."

Just encountered the Raspberry Pi "We are currently experiencing high traffic. We'll be back shortly" page when trying to edit a post - 2018-12-26 14:40 UTC. That is the one with the Raspberry Pi logo at the top, which seems to sit between the forum-style warning that load is high on user search, u...

Re: Can’t get WiFi on PC using todays download

A friend is using Oracle virtual on his pc and has no problems. My usb dongle is recognized as a device so I assume a driver is present. Same dongle use on Pi 3B and works just fine so still happy the dongle is fine. And yet, see ‘no wireless interfaces found’ from the icon on top left of screen. ]...

"Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. The server has high load. Please try again later."

So I decided to look through my posts. When I tried to do so, I got this error: "Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. The server has high load. Please try again later." To check if it wasn't an issue with browser cache, I tried incognito mode. Same issue. I tried looking at someone else's p...

Re: Introducing Pi386

I'm currently planning the successor to Pi386 and it will likely be prebundled with future ARM64 Debian releases. However, I'm not just planning for i386 support in the successor, after all, since my Debian images are 64-bit...

Re: 64-bit operating system

An ARM64 Raspbian would basically just be 'ARM64 Debian with Raspberry Pi Desktop'. Why? Because Debian already has an ARM64 port which works on the Raspberry Pi 3. Remember, Raspbian was made because Debian armhf was compiled for the ARMv7 architecture that the original Raspberry Pi did not have, ...

Re: Can you put a pi zero on a pi 3 to boost performance

What exactly do you mean by adding a Pi Zero to a Pi 3? Do you mean adding a Pi Zero's RAM to a Pi 3 to improve performance? That would be cool but it would probably be hard to setup.

Re: Kernel Panic

If the issue persists, you can blame your power supply. I recommend using the official 5V power adapter on the Pi 3. You can get it from various online stores such as Amazon, but here's the power adapter on The Pi Hut:

What coding languages can you use to make an OS for RPI.? What type of OS? If you intend on making a Debia...

You can recover your Pi using a Linux PC. Insert the SD card into your PC and then find out what the name of the SD card is (/dev/*): sudo fdisk -l Find the device that has properties similar to your SD card. For example, if your SD card is 8GB and there's a 7.9GB storage device, it's most likely yo...

Firefox is broken on Debian ARM64 at the moment, and simply displays a message upon startup stating that the browser has crashed. So I can't test the speed of Firefox on Debian on the Pi at the moment.

Try following this tutorial: https://wiki.debian.org/RaspberryPi/qemu-user-static It allows you to mount a Raspberry Pi image to virtual loopback devices and modify the contents of the image. Once done, you simply unmount the virtual loopback devices and then flash the image to your Pi's SD card. Yo...

Re: Need help running games on pi

This 'Unsung Warriors' game you're talking about has a Linux port, but I doubt this port is compiled for ARM and even if it is, it will probably run slowly unless you use the experimental OpenGL driver.
