I've a similar situation, though I use no-ip for my dynamic DNS (not that this matters.)

When, in my browser, I navigate to "www.mydomainname.com", I reach my Pi. But, when I enter only "mydomainname.com", leaving out the "www", I reach the login screen for my wireless router.

You can use a mouse with a clickable scroll wheel as middle button and the scroll wheel can be used to scroll up and down a scroll bar too but you should avoid to do that because plan 9 make too much use of the middle button and if you push too much on the scroll wheel you may get repetitive strain...
