Re: Logging data from RPi

I will go thought direct the option using the RPi, unless you have a very specific sensor that requires the Arduino for interact with others devices. As some other people has told you, the RPi cannot be powered directly from a 9volts battery, you need some type of voltage regulator, also I'm unsure ...

For the records:

The answer was, very far from my (very) limited knowledge, this guy proposed a solution that worked right out the box: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2727 ... 8#27280248

Re: gnuPlot: Plot data if certain condition is met

Could you confirm that the delimiter is ';' and that ',' is used as a decimal point? Are the date ( 29/11/2014 ;23:52) and time (29/11/2014; 23:52 ) considered to be one field? joan : I confirm you the field separator is the semicolon and the decimal separator is the comma . So, the fields date and...

How to calculate moving average in Python?

Hello to all, This is my very first python try, my goal is apply some filtering on a value that comes from a MCP3002 ADC, this device will be sampling the voltage output (previously amplified by a know factor using an Op-Amp) of a (old) solar Pyranometer about every five seconds, so I need an averag...

Re: Long exposure imaging for capturing lighting flashes

Thanks you all for your thoughts and suggestions, now I'm pretty sure about the feasibility of this experiment.

My next step is find/build a suitable waterproof cabinet able to endure our harsh environmental conditions for housing the components.

I'll keep you posted..
