Re: Stromprobleme

But also in the newest revision of the Pi there is a polyfuse 'F3' for the mains voltage,
located under the board, neer to the micro usb.

(siehe http://www.raspberrypi.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=18982&p=187687#p186997) 1. Es gibt einen "Safe Mode" (http://www.raspber...

In the article above the drawing there are mentioned as - 10k variable resistor to adjust the contrast - 5k variable resistor to adjust the backlight brightness If you click on the small imae, you get a better resolution, http://www.raspberrypi-spy.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/HD44780-LCD-Advanc...

F3 is something like this: TE CONNECTIVITY / RAYCHEM - MINISMDC075F/24 - POLYSWITCH, SMD, 1812, 0.75A The product information from farnell says: Initial Resistance Max: 0.29 ohm / Initial Resistance Min: 0.09 ohm The datasheet for the polypfuse F3: http://de.farnell.com/te-connectivity-raychem/minis...

Re: Raspberry Pi Shuts Down While Booting

If you have access to a multimeter with a resistance range like 200 Ohm, you can check, if the resistance of F3 (under the board) is higher than about 0.2 .. 0.3 Ohms, but for this measurement the Pi must be without power! If F3 is to high, you can try to replace it, short it, or supply the power vi...

Re: How to switch off Wlan?

'ifdown' (like ifup) does take the specified network interface down / up regardless of the state of the connection. Please have a look at 'man ifdown' / 'man ifup'. You should check for the correct name of your wlan connection (wlan0 / wlan1), e.g. by executing 'ifconfig' and/or 'iwconfig'. I don't ...
