Yes ,
Are those pins are soldered into my INA219 breakout board.

I will try to find a arduino here and check if I can see the device , it will take me a few hours I guess
after I will find I will let you know

I just notice that I download and install

Raspbian Buster with desktop

and not

Raspbian Buster with desktop and recommended software

but still , I don't think it should be an issue

now it's working it's seem that I need to enable GPS and setting-goolge-near_by_devices on my android phone . now when I run the beacon scanner application on the phone I can see the beacon but shouldn't I also see it automatically while my phone bluetooth is on? and also when I run the google -find...

Hello , up until now I run my code on PI3-stretch wanted to know if there are any changes I need to do in the setting when moving to buster ? is there any way to check - maybe this is the problem?

I thought that the BLE is a standart using of Bluetooth - maybe this is my mistake?

on one tablet I'm running the android app - "Beacon Scanner"
and on another tablet just running the normal bluetooth scanner
