Re: Raspberry Pi Zero

The foundation needs to update the Zero product webpage to let people know about the expected availability. It has been 2 months since release and it can only be purchased on Ebay for $35. Availability is presently the number one most important detail about the Zero, why is it missing from your web...

Re: Thin client from Raspberry Pi 2

So you are stating that if the RPi is shutdown and the power lead is still plugged in you can then fire it up with no user intervention ??? No, RPi doesn't support Wake-on-LAN. Yes no PXE support therefore it is not Network Booting. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_booting Nonsense. It is a Wo...

Most simple hubs will do. Powered is nice, I have found it to be overkill on a Zero.

Re: Connecting Arduino clone to Raspberry Pi CH340G chipset

Removing some /boot/cmdline.txt references, and a bit of raspi-config fiddling should free the serial. And you might need to disconnect the signals from the "atmel" TX and RX pins from the serial to USB chip. And pay attention to not connecting 5v to 3.3v maximum voltage pins. True, the signals com...

Re: running Raspi from a W10 PV via Putty

Install XRDP, and use the builtin Windows Remote Desktop Connection, no software required on Windows.

On the Pi

$ sudo apt-get install xrdp

is enough to get it working, no configuration required.

That is possible, once you manage to have Linux stop using it as console. This should be a matter of: sudo systemctl disable [email protected].service isn't it? (on jessie) should i see something in the arduino ide when connected in this way? because i tried (with no much committment, i admit) w...

Re: Digitale fotoframes

Of DVI? Composiet is een stuk minder scherp.
