Re: DTS-MA passthrough

I would pay towards a fee for it ! +1 i believe this has been sorted now dom posted this in another thread. Took some finding, but I've found a suspicious vector instruction in the downmixing code on GPU. I believe my examples sound better now. You need the latest start.elf from guthub: https://git...

However when I restart the device it boots up to the blue screen just before xbmc full loads (blue screen is the background) and it just stays...

Re: DTS-MA passthrough

I've been looking around for this too. I could see the pi had hdmi v1.3 which meant the harwae should work but wondered what software would be required. I thought it may just be within in xbmc but it sounds like firmware is required.

Re: OpenELEC Testbuilds

Hi,

I updated yesterday to the latest build and now I dont have any menu sounds. When I play a file music or film it works fine, I checked the settings and they look fine ! Any one got any ideas what it could be, audio is over HDMI to my Av Reciever.

One thing I noticed is that when I played a film with truehd audio my av reciever didnt pick it up and applied prologic to the audio. Has anyone got films wit...
