Is it possible to have the screen rotated (lcd_rotate=2) within NOOBS so that the NOOBS UI and installation screens are oriented the "correct" way?

I am having the same issue on my Pi - new installation of Stretch and it's showing the same behavior out of the box.

My resolution is 800x480 (touch screen).
