Was steht denn in cmdline.txt der SD-Karte?

Re: (Bis) PI3B+ gpio readall; unable to determine board type ... model: 13

You should remove all files from your local wiringpi build:
Start with

Code: Select all

sudo rm /usr/local/lib/libwiringPi*
if you didn't do this already.
Then post the output of

Code: Select all

ls /usr/local/include
ls -R /usr/local/share/man

Re: (Bis) PI3B+ gpio readall; unable to determine board type ... model: 13

You still have shared libraries from a local build of wiringpi in /usr/local/lib... There may be also files below /usr/local/include At your own risk, try something like this: pushd /usr/local && for f in $(dpkg -L wiringpi | sed s'#/usr/##'); do if [ -f "${f}" ]; then echo sudo rm ${f}; fi; done; p...

You mounted a partition with VFAT filesystem to /mnt/data. VFAT doesn't support linux filesystem ownership (chown) and permission (chmod) settings.

Re: Trying to expand the SD card memory for an existing image

If you used NOOBS to install Raspbian only and no other additional OS, please have a look at "image-backup" from Image File Utilities https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=247568 by RonR. It creates a backup image form your running Raspbian. You can flash this backup to your SD car...

Schwer was zu sagen. Re: Trying to boot Pi 2B from USB HDD but rootfs is mounted read-only.

Hi every one, I'm trying to boot my Pi 2 Model B v1.1 (a21041) with rootfs on an external usb hdd (PiDrive, WD 250 Go). I flashed a raspbian buster light on the sd card, and hard-copied (with dd) the root partition (/dev/mmcblkp02) on the hdd (ext4 partition, /dev/sda1, resized to the entire disk)....

Re: Adding an SSD

My current thoughts are that it's probably not worth having the rootfs on my SSD but to keep it on the sdcard, probably starting again using Buster. I would then use my SSD solely as a file server (1 partition only) to my home network. I've never in the past never managed to get PiVPN working so th...

You should learn how to use CODE tags. It makes your listing easier to read: My SD card (running Raspbian) is 16GB. I have a spare 32GB SSD so I decided to use it for holding Raspbian (except for /boot). I followed the instructions in https://www.zdnet.com/article/raspberry-pi-adding-an-ssd-drive-to...

No. Not exactly. There is no mysql-server package for Debian/Raspbian Buster. You need to install mariadb-server instead (php-mysql remains php-mysql). mysql_secure_installation should be omitted. Login with sudo mysql then create database wordpress; GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON wordpress.* TO 'wpuser'@'...

Read /usr/share/doc/mariadb-server-10.3/README.Debian.gz, section ROOT USER AUTHENTICATION VIA UNIX SOCKET. You don't need to run mysql_secure_installation. You may read it, if you are curious and then try to select the rows that the mysql_secure_installation would delete if they were there. Login a...
