I use that dongle and it worked right out of the box in wheezy. Might be easier then this hassle under squeeze. This is the version of Debian i am using: Linux raspberrypi 3.1.9+ #90 Wed Apr 18 18:23:05 BST 2012 armv6l It may have better support in a different version but this one was really annoyi...
