It will run on 2A but if you load it up with USB devices then you're going to be close to over spending your power budget and that will get the little lightning bolt on the screen. A couple of my 3Bs with hard drives run on a 3A supply. Thank you so much, Do You think it can handle with a receiver ...

Will a Pi work at 5v 2a?

First of all, I'm new to the forum, so I'm sorry if I did something wrong Now,I just bought a rpi3 and a quick charge power bank, it supplies 5v@2A so I wanna know if the pi can be powered up (and used without problems) with that current, I have heard that the pi needs 2.5A, so I'm not sure at all. ...
