Re: 2.8" TFT + Touch Shield Board

Just for all those lucky people with Texy's excellent TFT screen and those really lucky people who brought one of the matching cases ;), here's the 1st look at the tripod mounting system that's maybe on it's way. It'll let you mount the case/screen using a standard 1/4" tripod hole, and there's a at...

Re: Wanted: RPI cable strain release case

@bloomberg Glad you like the VESA-Pi, I've also got a case that blocks the sd-card and micro-usb inside the confines of the case and as mentioned I could modify the VESA-Pi to suit your requirements (wouldn't take much). You could also use a micro-usb extension cable - route that to the bottom of th...

Re: Wanted: RPI cable strain release case

I've got the VESA-Pi case going on sale at modmypi in the next few weeks, although it doesn't have a cable strain, it does protect the sd-card from damage - see the attached pics and see what you think. As you can see the HDMI port points down so not to place too much strain on it. If necessary I ca...

Re: Camera module case

Now got a case that encloses the Raspberry Pi, has room for texy's excellent 2.8" TFT touch screen and can optionally hold the camera module. Got two prototypes (one in clear and one in black perspex), based on another case I designed for texy, this one's takes influence from the excellent pibow cas...

TFT Case For Sale

I've got a limited edition case for texy's 2.8" TFT screen, it combines the Case I designed for texy for his 2.8" touch screen, with some inspiration from the pibow case. As you'll see from attached images it encloses the hdmi and audio ports, while leaving the usb/power port accessible. There's onl...

Re: Camera module case

Got another camera module case that allows you to hold the camera at different angles/and or tripod mount it, and I've got a add-on for existing camera cases (i.e. the openbox and pimori camera holders) that gives added protection to the exposed lens. As usual, enjoy!!! The tripod case will be on s...

Re: Camera module case

Now got a case that holds the raspberry pi, with access to the csi/dsi/gpio ports and has a mounting point for the camera module. Although the top layer can be swapped out for different configurations, including a version without dsi access and without the camera mounting point. Hope to have it on s...

Re: Live streaming from PiCam

Thanks for that, will give it a go :) @OP, Can I ask what port you forwarded on your firewall, I tried this yesterday and no-one could access the stream. Cheers mrlinux2u In my case it's not a forwarded port - the Pi has an IPv6 address that's routed directly to the internet (using one of Hurricane ...

Re: Multi-Pi Case

V2 Lite edition of multi-pi is in testing, slight re-design (larger foot print, uses nylon stand-offs to save weight which are just as strong, also has additional venting on the top layer).

See what you think :)

Re: Multi-Pi Case

Quick question/survery,

Would people prefer the mini-multi-pi with metal pillars (like the big multi-pi) rather than nylon ones?

Re: RPi Camera issues and status

found one problem with raspivid, up until I ran rpi-update, if I set -t to -1 it kept streaming/recording video without any time outs, now this option doesn't work.

any change of having this handy switch working again please? :)
