same here (for 2017-02-16-raspbian-jessie), by trying to start a script with

where ".script.sh" is chmod 744 (or 777). the script works by manually starting it. any hints?

I tested by hand some values for "hdmi_mode"', where following did work: 1 2 3 6 7 8 15(w/ "white pixel noise") 17 18 21 22 25(same) so the best I could get now is mode 22 (576i) where the tv should do 720p or 1080i. A Wiiu running on HDMI port proposed 720p, manually 1080i did also work. Looks like...
