because your crontab line is wrong

the first is for minute , the second = hours , the third is day of month etc ... check the contab documentation

using a Dynamic DNS is simplest , simply suscribe to a free service , and write subcription infos to your router , all is ok during all the time ...
and no necessary to install script or other things , and nothing more to do .
