I tried n=10, still no luck just the red lines are little bit less, preferred resolution of my monitor is 1366*768, please help me i can't live without my pi.

Try reseating the cable and/or swap ends (reverse the cable ends) - I have had "issues" with one or two HDMI cables where one end didn't quite mate properly with the Pi. yellow led is blinking which is a sign that it is booting, and i am using an hdmi to dvi cable .

Both leds are glowing normally, I am using same cable to connect my cpu to the monitor and it is working fine and I have never changed my monitor settings.
