Thanks for clearing that up. That makes a lot more sense now. Ill get a second sd card and play around to learn more. For now Im just glad its working.

Thanks so much for the response. It turns out my problem was that the card was formatted correctly and partitioned correctly. I needed to use win32 disk imager to expand the Octoprint software onto the card. This placed it in the invisible portion of the linux partition and the rest was simple. I ma...
