Okay... Updated to Pixel desktop, and rebooted. I've installed nothing else, touched nothing. Also ran the update / upgrade commands a few times to make sure nothing got missed. Desktop > Preferences > Raspberry Pi Configuration > Interfaces - VNC is set to disabled and is greyed out. Through the C...
