RPi 3 Wifi Access Point & Tor

What is the best guide to follow to turn a RaspBerry Pi 3 into a wifi access point?

I am looking to achieve this so I can setup Tor browsing. aka Onion Pi

Cheers and thanks, in advance, for any help.

@DougieLawson, In case it matters the part you inquired about was done with an ethernet cable plugged in

I'll check those credentials now.

A quick google search suggest this may be the required.

/etc/pulse/client.conf change "autospawn=no" to "autospawn=yes."
I found that article before I posted. I looked in that file and didn't see those options at all.

Do you think I should just add them in?

Re: Chromium Speech Synthesis

I've been looking for a newer guide with no success.

It seems that the browser supports the feature, but does not have a system voice that is accessible to use in synthesizing the text.

Audio Delayed - off sync from video

What's the best way to deal with Audio that is lagging behind the video?

It is happening with HDMI and Bluetooth.

I haven't tested the 3.5mm port.

So it must be a hardware issue. It now says "no network adapter found"

I put the same card into the RPi3 that just came in the mail and it works fine.
