I had the same problem! xD You have to sign in.
Go to: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/w ... nloads.htm
Then click to "sign in" in the upper right corner. Sign in with the e-mail you used to become an insider.
After that, you will can download what you want.

If I'm not mistaken for Raspberry Pi 3 you need build 14295 or 14262.
