figured it out. turns out , rasplex has only been updated for rpi 3b support. the settings have not been updated to use the 1gb of ram. i created a advancedsettings.xml file and placed it in rasplex. i no longer get a cache filled before required ammount for playback error. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
