Yes, but i meant NO oc, not even ram. What I expect you will find, is that you need over_voltage = 2 or 1 to run it at stock (=NO oc) settings. As I said before, you had to lower clock from your posted settings. Why not put it the other way round. NO oc at all, NO cpu , NO ram, just NO; only over_voltage.
