I use the raspberry pi2 with openelec media software and the temperature goes up to 50°C after a few hours.
I insert 2 heatsinks and a fan, then the temperature goes down and is now between 33°C and 42°C.

I think that i place on the new PI3 board also the heatsinks and a fan.
