Re: RPi 3 boots and runs fine but red power led won't light

I had the same issue with the LED not turning on, but in my case it seems like Q1 has simply fallen off from the board. Not sure if I knocked it out myself while messing with mounting the board in an old project or what, but since I just wanted a power indicator, I put a jumper between the pads for ...

Re: New Quirky for Pi 2 and 3.

For anyone trying to get Raspberry Pi 3's Wireless to work on Quirky, try the following:
Using BerryBoot, go to Edit Menu, then set up your wireless connection from there. Once it's connected and working, exit and start up Quirky.

I was able to make mine work that way!

Re: Raspberry PI Laptop (no custom cables)

Do you think this could work? I'll answer my own question: No, it doesn't work. The adapter's outter shell is made of rubber, but the insides are coated in a harder rubber, almost feels like plastic. You can't work on the thing without destroying all wires, and potentially the connectors as well. I...

Re: Raspberry PI Laptop (no custom cables)

I have a Raspberry Pi 2, and recently I purchased this lapdock with the idea of having a stand-alone screen+keys+mouse module, because the only HDMI monitor in my home is the living room TV, which is always in use by someone watching the news or something like that. It's been a hassle to get the ada...

Re: Raspberry PI LCD Adapter Kit

Hi, contact the supplier - they have designed it to work with the Pi so should know how to configure it. It must of at least worked back in 2013, although not with a Pi2. It's a generic screen and it has no info on it's manufacturer. Your diagram doesn't tie up with this : - Connect ITDB02 pin RST ...

Re: Raspberry PI LCD Adapter Kit

I would deeply appreciate if somebody could help walking me through the process of getting the screen to work. I see many people have looked at the picture I posted already, but I'm seeking some enlightenment here! I have Raspbian and RetroPie with a few roms, both installed via Berryboot (with a bo...

Re: Raspberry PI LCD Adapter Kit

I have a screen like those and a RasPi 2. I'm trying to make a portable gaming device running RetroPie. How would I go about getting it to work? I'm completely clueless to all the codes and I just would like help walking through the process of installing it properly, because I have no idea how to pr...
