Use Gparted, you can`t go wrong with it.
Yes you can, it will not work on my Mac.
f you deleted two partitions and got you to kernel panic, means that you deleted the rootfs.
No that is intact.

Have you any example of how set the display to the SBS mode you spoke of. I tried google but nothing relevant came up.

Has anyone done anything about displaying 3D images on the Pi?
It needs two video buffers and to swap the video buffers on each alternate scan.

Before I delve in and try and work on it I was just wondering if anyone had done it?
