Diskpart doesn't count number of partitions. You can have one or 5, it doesn't matter.
But if you cannot mount it in any of the systems then i would agree with you that it's dead

if you used NOOBS (that i think you did since raspbian is a OS so it doesn't have OS switchong) then just reboot and on startup press and hold SHIFT to get back to OS menu and select Raspbian. Btw, you should have much more selections, i have RASP, WIN, Elec, OSMC, etc etc. Maybe you're not connecte...

nothing to worry. really simple solution :) This just means your SD i partitioned by the Linux system. i had a same problem. Your power input is bad BUT it's capable to run. i use 2.4A dual usb wall charger for smartphone. Cheapo, china but works. I'm still stuck with trying to get its window manager to run. Always getting "can't open display" in terminal via Putty ssh
tried every single solution found online and still nothing. but that's another subject.
