However, Peedjy, are you aware that the password does not show on the screen; you don't get * or anything. Just type the password and hit enter.
 That does get a lot of new users. Maybe we should make a note somewhere.

Re: Xorg, configuring bpp (defaults to 16)

I'm using the arch 29-04-12 image and I did a pacman -Syyu. I just did an update with Hexxeh's tool but the result is the same. Also I notice if I drag the icons on the desktop around, then the correct color will show beneath the positions I drag. https://www.sugarsync.com/piv/D6240542_637_412333673

X didn't want to quit?

Hi, so I'm trying to make a thin client. I followed the Enlightenment tutorial up to the point before installing Enlightenment. I installed rdesktop and freerdp instead. I have ~/.xinitrc set to exec rdesktop <server> -f So the rdesktop will start when I do startx , and it will drop me back to the s...

Yep, I just had the same problem. My post above was just a guess and I guessed right. Delete the file and it is fine. The default config.txt sets the hdmi mode and it overclocks the cpu by default :!: :!:
