Re: Raspberry Pi Zero stocking?

Why does it keep being commented that Pi A+ is out of stock when they are not ? A quick internet search shows there are hundreds in stock and for sale from suppliers!

Re: Why is ARM so cheap, and x86 so expensive?

Actually I cannot agree with the argument being made. The real killer for AMD and INTEL is phones and tablets took market away from them and so did games consoles. PC chips are over kill for a lot of people and systems on a chip provide cheap affordable experiences without the high price tag. The to...

It is a odd world.

On the one hand Britain has the success of the Raspberry Pi products being minted out as fast as possible with a feeding frenzy on Pi Zeros bring work to Wales. Yet on the other TI are planning closure of their Scottish Fab with jobs going abroad. http://www.eetimes.com/document.asp?doc_id=1328803&a...

Re: Raspberry Pi Zero

Well being a complete none technical day dreamer (Blue sky thinker) where there are never any problems. I look at the Pi Z and think it is a mobile phone with most phone bits removed, rom removed and a HDMI, Two USB and a 40pin GPIO added. There is another answer to this problem especially with peop...

Silly Raspberry Pi Thought

We typed in programmes for the Sinclair ZX81 with our finger...

Re: Pi A+ availability

I hate mentioning the site due to folk buying up stock and reselling it over priced but Pi's A, A+, B, B+ are available on a known selling site if you are in or near UK. Do not in my mind buy from those that are profiteering buy over pricing. In fact when I was looking at Pi0 cases yesterday, with r...

Re: Raspberry Pi Zero

Hello I am new to this forum and Raspberry Pi's in general. As to the conversatition here about Pi Zero production rates I suggest letting those who are doing it handle it. The posited suggested model of ramping up production is flawed, to simplistic and not like for like comparison. It has no tooli...
