Is the service running? The port 80 open? the IP the same within your LAN?

Have you tried using SAMBA with your raspberry (http://raspberrywebserver.com/serveradm ... twork.html)? Also SCP (winSCP) is another way to implement file sharing services. I hope I understood your problem anyway!
