like we use vpn on our PC, MAC using different vpn programs like touchvpn or vpn umlimited or vyprvpn is there any such vpn program for raspberry pi using which we can select a country to use it's vpn and directly connect to it using that vpn program ? i m a noob so please explain xD

i have created a AP on my Rpi using hostapd and dhcpd
when a user connects to this ap and tries to open a webpage, it should automatically redirect to 192.168.69.1 and so the connected device can only access 192.168.69.1 and nothing else. How do i do it ?

I would suggest Mr Google for DNS and DHCP part. And you would need to either bridge the AP to a wired network, or setting up it as a router, so that you could actually access the Internet. Well making the web server is easy just install apache2 php mysql and for access install ssh and ftp and then i can assume you want to create a portal for the wifi hotspot there is software out there that can do this but i would hire someone that knows what they are doing as if you don't secure it ...
