I am not sure. It says "160 watts max" on the back. So I suppose that is the peak. You can use a less wattage Amp without problem?

im using openelec 6.0.3 on a pi zero

i will try agian because there is no gamestartes.log, i guess the problem is with retroarch because everything in gamestarter works well ultil i hit the ok button to launch retroarch

You couldn't use Raspian either (afaik) until you had an updated firmware/kernel. So it could be that the image you are using dont have the updated firmware.
