Desktop users / RealVNC

Hello all,
I would like to have different users to use RealVNC when logging in.
What are the steps?
Would I have to make it so that the new user be able to log in to the desktop?

Thanks

Re: Access Pi 3 w/ RealVNC or other

Do you know your local RPI IP? When you find the IP then use the ip in the VNC Server box.
And other way is to use raspberrypi.local (if you have not changed its name). You must be on the same network.

Re: NTP without pps

Not entirely sure how much effort you have put in so far, but esr (GPSD maintainer) forked of ntp to create ntpsec, and has released a set of instructions for building an ntpsec service on a raspberry pi. Otherwise I think the NTP on raspberry pi pages at satsignal are the ones I generally use. sat...

Hello, The last post I was using a dongle GPS to get the time and post it to the system. the final goal was to make a stratum 1 - 3/NTP server for my other RPI's. Well that was not as easy as I remember. 1. how do I setup the RPI as a NTP server without the pps? For most applications I probably do n...

I would like to permanently import os into python3.
I did look/google for a python config file.
Is there either a config file or some other way to have some import loaded permanently?

Apache2 Help

Hello,
I'm trying to set up a web server with passwords. I would like to use both the htacess and python3.
Is Apache2 able to get/give who is using the page in real time? (and where dose it live?)
htaccess seems very powerful, how do I set up passwords for each page with integration to webpages.
