After changing the power supply to another the device works.

I now connected a USB device because i read something about the way the audio works with the default output. It uses PWM from the timer on the board of the raspberry..

After connecting the USB device i didn`t had this problem anymore.

I was able to fix it by using a 10k resistor.. But after a while the button flipped without using the switch..
