Re: About encoder output "jump"

are your pins 4+5 according to wiringPi counting system?

struct encoder *setupencoder(4, 5);

what is cri?

if (l != cri)
{
printf("value: %ld\n", l);
value = l;
}

ps,
will test this in a couple of hours at home by myself!

Re: HDMI graphic lib: openvg syntax questions

(updated) now had you time to think about my proposal for adding color name constants (Decimal Color Codes) to your lib? // decimal Color Codes #define RED 255, 0, 0 #define SIGNRED 175, 30, 45 #define STRAWBERRY 190, 38, 37 #define RASPBERRY 135, 38, 87 #define MAGENTA 255, 0, 255 #define DARKMAGEN...

Re: preiswerte Raspi-kompatible kabellose QWERTZ Tastatur+Ma

Man sieht, ...

lot of money of course is no option, and monsters like Eclipse or Visual Studio will also never see my harddisk. It must be a simple IDE, suitable for C beginners, hobbyists, laymen, comparable to Geany or the Arduino IDE which actually also provides such a very convenient crosscompiler to AVR and e...

so is there no all-in-one cross compiler available for Windows to Raspi? Also for complicated long compile- and build- -L and -I and whatever parameters strings to be called?

no, sorry, I don't even understand what all the current functions and all the libs are actually doing ... :oops:
I'm just using the C functions like I use Microsoft Word to write and format a text, of course no clue about how Word or Windows are working underneath... :roll:

Re: HDMI graphic lib: openvg syntax questions

yes, with the commnd syntax changes it works! Just for completion, we now have this: initWindowSize(x, y, w, h); // request window size and position on screen, // call before init(), size cannot be altered after opening. WindowClear(); // clears the window to the last colour given to Background() so...

Re: HDMI graphic lib: openvg syntax questions

ok, thank you, I missed that the old function names are no longer available.
For fontinfo it might be because I started it by Geany, not by command line.
I'll check it again and report ASAP!

Re: HDMI graphic lib: openvg syntax questions

another mistake is with this different former program: it gives a compile error unless I #include shapes_plus, and after I did, it stops and waits for a key press after the final test (graph) before showing the benchmark results... strangely ... I don't see why or if I messed anything up accidentall...

I'm already writing and using Multitasking programs since about 15 years, but not by C compilers but for different bytecode interpreters (sort of Java and this kind of stuff) which don't need compile parameters long enough to sink a ship - and I'm fine with killing tasks in case there's a need to do...
