Re: Motioneyeos not working on Pi 3

In the old post (for example not being able to boot pwnpi image on pi2 , as pwnpi was made for Pi-B) that you could manually download latest Pi firmware files and put it in the correct folders on your SD card. Is that not a option? Pi firmware: https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware They do this tr...

Re: Operating Systems

Hi, You do realize that NOOBS is not a OS? Its a bootable setup program from where you install a chosen os for people who are "noob" in the Linux world. You can replace the NOOBS entry with ArchLinux i think because its used alot? The os that got most of the "air time" on my pi2 was Kali Linux :twis...

Re: Raspberry pi3 and Ubuntu x64

In case you did not know: Raspberry Pi uses a other type of CPU then your desktop/laptop pc. Pi has a ARM CPU, your desktop/laptop does not. you desktop pc has a Intel or AMD cpu that use x86 Architecture. What you are asking is a version that runs on a regular desktop pc (x86 Architectures). x86 Ar...

Re: Help with night vision system

Webcams and the NoIR pi camera are NOT night vision systems. They need an extreme amount of IR illumination to get a good image. True night vision is done with photo multipliers and the devices are classed as armaments in some parts of the world (like California). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nigh...

My advice to keep it short and save you from headaces and disapointement: Not suitable for person to person com and be portable. By the way wifi range suck compared to pmr radio range. Buy a kenwood pmr with headset. You will be happy. Kenwood do not have toy sound you get from sub 100 dollar/euro p...

Re: upload

I dont know how the internet connection is where you live.
But where I live the ISP's always cap our UPLOAD speed to something that you would expect 15 years ago.
So uploading large files is way slower then downloading large files.

What is your upload speed sir?
