Re: RetroPie Advance Zero Project Help

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. However, I was interested in using the Gameboy ADVANCED Non-SP. Right now, I decided to use Adafruit's PiGrrl Zero. This time, I will modify it to include built-in speakers and possibly a power port (I forgot if it already has one. Probably does.

RetroPie Advance Zero Project Help

Hey guys. I have a plan to make a Gameboy Advance with a Raspberry Pi Zero. I'd appreciate it if you can provide some materials and instructions to make this project possible. I will be using a Gameboy Advanced (not SP, never liked them) shell without any components included. This is why I need a li...

Re: 0 MB Available on NOOBS Lite and NOOBS

so can you tell me if the format option had anything to do with it, or not? Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you, it worked! Thanks, mahjongg! Oh yeah, wouldn't the Minecraft Linux launcher work with Raspbian, since it is a semi-Linux port? So yes, it has worked. Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my needs, e...

Re: 0 MB Available on NOOBS Lite and NOOBS

Ah, I see! In the Mac, is the resize option there? Is it the Logical Address Adjustment? The ""format size adjustment ON" option is in the SDCard Formatter Software https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4 I'm using the Mac edition of it, and it doesn't show it in Options. I did some research a...

Re: 0 MB Available on NOOBS Lite and NOOBS

Perhaps, if you first formatted your card the right way, and then tried again. Its possible you formatted it without the re-size option on, and the card is filled with dummy partitions, which were not removed by formatting. But I still don't understand. How do dummy partitions make the software rea...

Re: 0 MB Available on NOOBS Lite and NOOBS

If you value your time and sanity go with the official WiFi adapter, this one, http://swag.raspberrypi.org/collections/frontpage/products/official-raspberry-pi-wifi-dongle but note that it will only work with rapbian (which has built in drivers for it), but it will work "out of the box". When using...

And also, I'm running BerryBoot now. So you won't be interested in the replies to help you get NOOBS installed that I took the trouble to think about and type in! Nice one! I still am. If there is a solution, I'll be looking for it. If I use BootBerry and it works successful, I'll still be taking i...

Re: 0 MB Available on NOOBS Lite and NOOBS

Did you run the expand the filesystem option with raspi-config? Without it the partition in which raspbian resides will not be expanded to the full size of the sd-card. also read the stickies, in this case; https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=664906#p664906 It's not possible without ...

Re: Noobs multi os query

Oh yeah, I have reformatted the card all over again, for both NOOBS and NOOBS Lite. I have downloaded the Raspbian image, reformatted it, and paste it. It failed with a kernel panic. If this problem can't be solved, do I have to use an older version of NOOBS and/or the model?

0 MB Available on NOOBS Lite and NOOBS (solved)

Hi there! I need help with a question. I recently bought a Raspberry Pi Model B Version 2.0. I tried to make my own SD, but I'm having a lot of trouble. I want to use Raspbian Wheezy as my OS, but both editions of NOOBS prevent me from doing this. However, it says that I need 2790 MB because I have ...

I have a question. I bought a 32 Gigabyte Micro SD Card, and when I load NOOBS, it says that there are 0 MegaBytes available. I tried reformatting it, but it doesn't work.
