Debian, the only one I tried yet, is pretty slow. Heard that arch should work better

Found a third mobile charger (4.8V/1.0A; 5.0V/550mA; 5.0V/1.0A).
Obviously the last one seems to be the best one.

Aren't there slight differences even though the specs are the same?!
Are the cable length always considered?
And how about cables I use to get power from an USB Port?

is it possible to offer internet connection over a smartphone which is already connected via bluetooth (keyboard control)?!

How are the chances to use an android phone as keyboard/mouse device via bluetooth? Is it possible?
Is it difficult to realize? What do I need (except of a working bluetooth dongle)?
