How do i reset the OS?

Um, I, byaccidently, deleted the taskbar (the thingy on top with "menu" etc.). Heh, heh.

All have on my desktop is: Trash, Python 2, Python 3, Python Games, Mathamatica, Minecraft Pi, Web Browser, and SETTINGS.

How do i get back my taskbar??!?!??

When i say get out of bash, i mean CLOSE bash and get to the "Pi Homescreen".

I down loaded Rapbian, but as soon as it hit %100 it Turned into bash!!

Is there a command to GET OUT OF BASH?

I attached the power. the screen did it's rainbow thing. Then instead of the NOOBS tab poping up (like it's supposed to) an error poped up. It said something about the Screen size (though it could be something bad, I don't really know for sure) being not sized correctly. Then, the NOOBS tab poped up...
