But there's no specs for a hard-drive-device being accessed via a SDcard interface (which only expects flash-memory-devices) which is why this would be impossible. (unless somebody created a SATA->SDIO card, and then created an entirely new SATA-SDIO driver, which simply isn't feasible) :ugeek: I u...

Patience becomes second nature after a while, and time flies while you wait. (Or at least it does for me)
I ordered 31st March with Farnell, and am still on back order.
In fact, I pre-registered with RS before Farnell, and still haven't been invited to place an order with RS yet.

Apologies if I'm wrong here but...

The voltage on rechargeable batteries doesn't drop until the batteries are as good as drained, I think you're thinking of non-rechargeable batteries.

So I think you could have used 6 batteries quite happily.
