Kodi 16 and Arch Linux

So I have installed Kodi 16 on my arch linux system. I used the kodi-rbp rather than just kodi when I did the command for the install. I was able to work out the issue of the keyboard not working by adding the kodi user to the input group. What I can't get working is the black screen on exit bug. Yo...

Re: Many questions for the Pi 3 users

So would UHS-3 be super over kill on the SD card? Also has anyone gone past 128gb on SD cards? I was thinking of putting roms for various emulators on the SD card.

Many questions for the Pi 3 users

So I finally got my Pi 3s in the mail yesterday. I wanted to know what SD cards do you recommend. I hear all the time that it needs to be class 10 and all but no one ever takes into consideration actual speed of the card vs what the max the Pi can handle. I would like to hear how this works out when...

Re: Problems with buying Pi 3 online

I had sent an email from their page about a day ago, but what got their attention was a post on their forums. Someone else had been complaining about the same problem. I joined the forums and stated I had not heard anything on the shipping. Within 5 minutes I get an email saying it has shipped.

Problems with buying Pi 3 online

So I made a purchase with the site Pimoroni this past Sunday. They have yet to ship my Pi 3. I was wondering if anyone had any issues with that site on getting Pi's. At this point I would not mind just getting a refund so I can just buy it locally now that it is back in stock.

Re: Where else can you buy a pi 3 now?

I got it at Pimoroni. Thanks for the help on this. Any good suggestions on cases? I am looking at something like what c4 labs did with the wooden cases. I am looking to have this match my downstairs furniture that has very dark wood. http://c4labs.net/collections/raspberry-pi/products/zebra-virtue-f...

Where else can you buy a pi 3 now?

I been looking all over for it. I should have purchased as soon as it came out instead of waiting. I have tried all 3 distributors and microcenter and its still sold out. Any more suggestions?

Both sold out. I live down the street from microcenter. Every time I check they are sold out.

Where can you buy the pi zero now?

Every site I looked on so far has been sold out. I been trying to get one since December. I am wanting just the individual pi board not all those attachments and dongles that I will not need. Any suggestions? I am in the USA if that helps.

USB Hub for Pi Zero

Hi all, I wanted to know what is your recommendation for a hub for the Pi Zero. Essentially I am trying to give it equal functionality of a Pi 2 in terms of being a media center. So anything that can do ethernet/wifi/wireless keyboard mouse/bluetooth would be great. Even better if it can power the P...

Resizing partitions

Hi all, I have been struggling with trying to get this resizing thing to work for a few weeks now. Its driving me crazy. So what I have is a dual boot with OSMC as the first OS and Raspian Jessie as the 2nd OS on a 32gb SD card. When using the noobs lite installer the OSes get almost of the SD card ...

Any recommendations for 5ghz wireless adapters

Hi all, I am needing some suggestions on 5ghz wireless adapters. I am building a media center for a friend who lives in an apartment complex. They have so much wifi interferance of the 2.4 spectrum that very few devices can connect reliably. So I wanted to see if there were any compatible 5ghz adapt...

Need a way to get a relliable power supply

I wanted to know if anyone in the USA who has bought a raspberry pi 2 found a reliable power supply. I bought a few different ones from MicroCenter and it works for like a day then stops working all together. The only thing that keeps working for me now is to either plug the usb cable into the TV or...

Question on booting multiple OSes

I wanted to know is it possible to specify the partition sizes with Noobs or Berryboot during the install? I wanted to use Raspbian and Openelec but when I do the default install with noobs it splits my SD card in half. I have a 32gb card that gets set as 16 Raspbian and 16 Openelec. What I want is ...

Hi all, I am trying to get this loaded on my Raspberry Pi 2. I have a Raspbian install and I used the emulation station script to build out my emulation station install.
