In a Raspberry Pi this makes things a little tricky, the SD card gets a much tougher workout than it normally would in something like a digital camera. I would say 16GB SanDisk Extreme because of large storage and excellent performance.

Do you mean how to move video to USB flash drive? It's pretty simple, just connect the flash drive to your computer and start transferring. Hope this is what you mean.

Have you checked the playback on your computer yet? Maybe the issue is about the source video.

Is it possible it is related to the MP4 video itself? It happened to me before is that the h.265 mo4 cannot be played, but after I save it to h.264 mp4, the playback is ok.

Have you tried VLC media player before? It even supportd Blu-ray and DVD movies.
